Caleb Woodlon
Caleb Woodlon is a 17 year old senior at the Boys' Latin School of Maryland. He has done extensive facilitation work with conferences like the Baltimore Student Diversity and Leadership Conference, and enjoys educating and learning from others. In his free time, he likes to read, write, and play baseball. Through the Rose Initiative, he hopes to empower marginalized communities.

Shyne Carter is a 17 year old senior at Garrison Forest School. She is involved in various leadership, humanities, and service groups/projects. She enjoys playing tennis, reading, and being in nature! Her vision for The Rose Initiative is a program that is open to any and everyone and does its best to better its surrounding communities.

She has participated in the Baltimore Student and Diversity League Conference and is a member of diversity clubs and groups at school. She loves swimming, reading, and storytelling. Her vision for The Rose Initiative is to expand the organization to improve communities worldwide.
